Abstract
Over the past few years, semantic web service and multi agent approach has been used successfully inthe development of E-governance. Such a hybrid approach can be considered as an effective approachfor the development of predictive modeling in complex E-governance systems. This paper describes a novel approach for the advanced semantic web service and multi-agent based middleware to solve theproblems in like Sharon MIS advanced integrated system interoperability.
