Multiple regression analyses of kinetics of aquation reactions of some chromium (III) – alkyl amine complexes in mixed solvent media- A study of solvation mechanics

Abstract

Molecular dynamics of the aquation reactions of the complexes  [Cr(en)2Cl2]Cl,[Cr(tn)2Cl2]Cl,[Cr(tetren)Cl]Cl2, [Cr(pn)2Cl2]Cl, [Cr(trien)Cl2]Cl and [Cr(dien)Cl3] have been extensively studied in mixed solvent media. Kinetics and thermodynamic parameters have been evaluated and the results are interpreted carefully in the light of statistical and regression models.
