This paper is devoted to the introduction of a micromechanical modeling of the elastic behavior of composite materials with spherical reinforcements. The model is based on the generalized self-consistent scheme (GSCS) and homogenization/localization techniques over the entire representative volume element (VER). The composite is modeled by the three phase model and the methodology is based on the integral equation and interfacial operators. The three phase model assumes that all constituents are elastic, isotropic and perfectly bonded. The accuracy of present model is assessed by comparing with classical self-consistent scheme (CSCS), Marur and Halpin-Tsai models. The results of the present model are successfully compared with experimental data.
