Analysis of Gender Discrimination at workplace in India

Aim: To study the Gender Discrimination at workplace in India. Materials and Methods: Present work deals with real case study of women at workplace is considered and questionnaire for gender discrimination at workplace is prepared and statistical analysis is used to find out some of important observations related to women at working place. Results and Discussion: A model is also proposed by the use of most popular object-oriented modeling platform independent language known as the Unified Modeling Language. The proposed model is also validated through Finite State Machine. Conclusion: it is concluded that the presented modeling approach is suitable for the solution of the complex research problems. In the work object-oriented modeling approach is used to evaluate the causes of gender discrimination at workplace, Different variables are considered after defining the five major classes. It is observed that the discriminated woman feels uncomfortable at workplace as well as socially as well as Poor infrastructure including the absence of street lights, unusable pavements and lack of public toilets is the main reason behind the lack of women's safety, at crowded places, women are subjected to sexual violence.
