The researcher used five point likert scale type of questionnaires to collect primary data and distributed to 384 total respondents at which 358(93.2%) questionnaires paper was returned and used for analysis. The data was analyzed and presented using SPSS 20 with AMOS version 23 while reliability was checked by Cronbach Alpha and composite reliability and validity was tested with convergent validity by AVE (Average variance extracted) from factor analysis. Finally the researcher developed the path model analysis and pointed out that TDS and TNA statistically significant positive direct effect on OE while TNA and TD has significant positive mediating effect on OE through TDS.
