Antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of piperidine derivatives

Six novel piperidine derivatives, compounds 5 to 10, have been synthesized and their antimicrobial and anti-oxidant activities evaluated using agar disc diffusion (antimicrobial) and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging capacity (antioxidant).
