Findings among all reveal that attitudes teachers display include poor use of time, lateness in school, poor preparation, favouritism, nonchalant attitude in improvising instructional materials. Based on these findings, it was recommended among all that heads of secondary schools should ensure that teachers are monitored on how they implement continuous assessments as this will make teachers sit up to their responsibilities and make them more committed to their job and that teachers should be constantly re-trained on ethics of the teaching profession and need to align their attitude towards these ethics for the improvement of academic activities in the school.
