Brazilian public universities carry out various entrepreneurship, innovation and intellectual property activities such as courses, junior companies, Entrepreneurship Centers, Technological Innovation Centers - NITs, etc. They also face several challenges related to the low investment of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Science, Technology and Innovation (S, T & I), the bureaucracy, the difficulty of transferring technology to the market and the few partnerships with the members of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. Therefore, this study aims to build and validate a model of entrepreneurship, innovation and intellectual property aimed at public universities. Regarding the methodology, the method is the survey and a structured questionnaire was applied to professors from federal and state public universities on the themes of entrepreneurship, innovation and intellectual property, using structural equation modeling to examine the relationships between the latent variables. As for the results, there were 80 respondents, of which 73 were professors, 38 coordinators of research projects and 36 members of these projects. Most respondents were from the Northeast region. After the statistical adjustments, it was possible to obtain two accepted hypotheses and validate an adequate model for entrepreneurship, innovation and intellectual property activities aimed at Brazilian public universities.
