This paper reviews Edward Sallis's book "Total Quality Management in Education" highlighting its positive aspects like written in comprehensible English, emphasis on education quality, leadership importance, and self-assessment checklist. However, the book has certain drawbacks, including inadequate explanation of the concept of quality, over-split and repetitive chapters and topics, overlooking the philosophical underpinnings of TQM, and unrevealing the potential challenges and limitations of TQM. Despite these, it is considered a valuable resource for improving education quality, suitable for educators, leaders, researchers, students, and policymakers seeking a quality management framework.
