The Use of Social Media And English Language Learning in Yemen (Case Study)

The role of social media in learning English as a language has been the subject of a few discussions of numerous academic gatherings in various instructive foundations. This paper means distinguishing this job among Yemeni students especially students studying Bachelor of Education in English at Al-Mahweet College of Education, Sana'a University who are recognized as the members of this examination. This investigation utilizes a complete poll, which is developed to investigate the students' recognitions and mentalities and cooperation in utilizing social media for English language learning. It is discovered that a decent number of members utilize social media to upgrade their relational abilities. In addition, the outcome additionally indicated that collective learning that is installed in social media may help improve learning exercises which thus prompts the accomplishment of learning the English language. Aside from that, a portion of the issues experienced when utilizing social media and consolidated gathering work in the learning and instructing of the English language are additionally featured. In particular, the students concurred that social media has influenced their English language learning aptitudes.
